Seasonal offering, just this once - brined and grilled center cut pork chop served with house-made applesauce, pickled mustard seeds and roasted Brussels sprouts with lemon oil and sea salt

Preparation

Allow pork and brussels sprouts to come to room temp. Preheat oven to 375. For best results, heat pork and brussels sprouts in a single layer on baking sheet for 10-12 min. Applesauce: Warm in small saucepan on stovetop over medium heat stirring occasionally, 5-7 min. Serve pork chop with brussels
sprouts and warmed applesauce on the side.
