Sfoglina Casarecci Pasta

Made with rustic wheat berries, extruded and packed by hand in our kitchen by awesome local company Sfoglina. Casareche is shaped like a very narrow twisted and rolled tube. Excellent with our Bolognese Sauce, as mentioned above :)
