Preparation

If possible allow shrimp to come to room temp. DO NOT HEAT PLASTIC CONTAINER IN OVEN. Heat oven to 350, place shrimp on lightly greased baking sheet. Heat 5 min. until shrimp is warm and crisp. Tortillas: wrap tortillas in foil, heat in oven until warm, 5-10 min. Serve shrimp on tortillas with slaw and crema. Elote salad: Heat corn in a pan on the stovetop with 2 tbsp. of water until warm. Toss with dressing to taste and top with cotija cheese.
