Southwestern spice-rubbed shrimp seared in a hot oven, topped with avocado green chile crema and cabbage radish slaw, wrapped in corn tortillas, served with dirty rice with hatch chile and pinto beans

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350. Allow shrimp to come to room temp. Place shrimp on lightly greased baking sheet. Heat 5 min. until shrimp are warm and crisp. Tortillas: wrap tortillas in foil, heat in oven until warm, about 5 min. Dirty rice: TBD.

Serve shrimp on tortillas with slaw and crema.
