    Preparation

    Preheat oven to 350. Allow shrimp to come to room temp. Place shrimp on lightly greased baking sheet. Heat 5 min. until shrimp are warm and crisp. Tortillas: wrap tortillas in foil, heat in oven until warm, about 5 min. Sweet potato mix: TBD.

    Serve shrimp on tortillas with slaw and crema.
