Turkey burgers seasoned with scallion, hoisin and cilantro with pickled cucumbers, carrots and sriracha aioli on potato buns served with Sunday potatoes roasted with duck fat and thyme

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°F. Bring burgers to room temp. Place burgers and potatoes in a single layer on a lightly oiled baking sheet and bake for about 15 min, until warmed through. Serve burgers on potato buns with sriracha aioli, cucumbers & carrots. Serve potatoes as the side.
