Pasta baked with ricotta, parmesan, house-made marinara, spinach, fresh herbs, and zucchini, topped with mozzarella

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350. Remove plastic lid, cover ziti with foil and heat for 25-30 min., remove foil and heat for additional 15-20 min, until cheese is golden brown. Salad: Toss greens with toppings and dressing to taste.
