Chicken braised in a rich tomato broth of white wine, olives and capers served with baked parmesan polenta

Preparation

Allow meal to come to room temp. Preheat oven to 350. Remove plastic lid from aluminum containers. Pour sauce over chicken and heat uncovered for about 15 min. until warm. Polenta: Cover container with foil. Heat for 15min., remove foil and heat additional 5 min.
