Chicken braised in a rich tomato broth of white wine, olives and capers served with baked parmesan polenta

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350. Allow chicken puttanesca to come to room temperature. Remove plastic lid from container and heat for about 15-20 min, until chicken is warmed through.
