Mediterranean Turkey Kofta with Feta & Dill

Popular Middle Eastern meatballs made with ground turkey, roasted red pepper, feta cheese and fresh dill, served with pita bread, cucumber yogurt sauce and a side of couscous with chickpeas, pepperoncinis, and kalamata olives

Preparation

Allow meatballs to come to room temp. Preheat oven to 350. Heat meatballs uncovered for 8-10 min. or until warmed through. Pita: Wrap in foil and heat in oven 8-10 min. Couscous: Enjoy at room temp or heat on stove top over low heat with 1-2 tbsp. of water. Mix with piquillo dressing to taste. To serve, spread raita on pita and top with meatballs.
