Popular Middle Eastern meatballs made with ground turkey, roasted red pepper, feta cheese and fresh dill, served with pita bread, cucumber yogurt sauce and a side of couscous tabbouli with tomato, roasted zucchini, scallion, parsley and lemon dressing

Preparation

If possible allow meatballs to come to room temp. Preheat oven to 350. DO NOT HEAT PLASTIC CONTAINER IN OVEN. Transfer meatballs to oven safe dish, heat at least 8-10 min. or until warmed through. Pita: wrap in foil and heat in oven 8-10 min. Couscous: enjoy at room temp or heat on stove top over low heat with 1-2 tbsp. of water. To serve: spread sauce on pita and top with meatballs. Toss couscous with lemon dressing.
