A Spicy Radish all-time favorite - roasted chicken breast in lemon tahini marinade, with fresh pita bread (2 pieces of pita bread per order), tzatziki sauce, and pickled red onions, served with quinoa salad with chickpeas, feta, pepperoncini, fresh herbs, and roasted tomato dressing

Preparation

Remove tahini container if in with chicken. Wrap pita in foil, heat chicken and pita in the oven at 350 until warm (at least 10-15 min. for chicken, 5-10 min. for pita). Slice chicken and toss with tahini to taste. Place chicken on warm pita, top with tzatziki and pickled onions. Quinoa: toss with piquillo dressing to taste and enjoy at room temp.
