Italian Meatball Sliders

Italian meatballs made with Angus ground beef and pork on slider buns (6 sliders per order), topped with marinara and mozzarella, served with pasta salad with zucchini, tomatoes, corn, and basil pesto

Preparation

Allow meatballs to come to room temp. Preheat oven to 375. Pour marinara over meatballs and top with mozzarella. Heat uncovered until meatballs are warmed through, and cheese is melted, about 15-20 min. Serve meatballs on buns, topped with additional sauce to taste. Pasta Salad: Enjoy at room temp. If preferred warm, heat on stovetop with a little water or oil for about 5 minutes.
