Italian Meatball Sliders

Italian meatballs made with Angus ground beef and pork on slider buns (6 sliders per order), topped with zesty marinara and mozzarella, served with roasted broccoli

Preparation

Allow meatballs to come to room temp. Preheat oven to 375. Transfer meatballs and broccoli to an oven safe dish. Pour sauce over meatballs and top with cheese, heat in oven until meatballs and sauce are warm and cheese is melted, around 15-20 min. Slice buns in half, place a meatball on each bun and top with additional sauce to taste.
