Italian meatballs made with Angus ground beef and pork on slider buns (6 sliders per order), topped with marinara and mozzarella, served with mixed greens salad with raisins, spiced pecans, and housemade poppyseed dressing

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375°F. Top meatballs with marinara and mozzarella. Bake uncovered for about 20 minutes, until meatballs are heated through and cheese is melted. Serve on buns with extra sauce. Salad: Mix greens with raisins, spiced pecans, and poppy seed dressing to taste.
