Sfoglina Pasta

Pairs perfectly with our bolognese sauce - handmade, uncooked pasta from Sfoglina, a small batch, local Denver company. This pasta is Casarecci, an S-shaped twisted and rolled tube, perfect for capturing sauce or for baking in a casserole. It's hand-milled from rustic red wheat berries and slow-dried to preserve nutrient density.

We are so excited to offer this truly special product. It was our first "Radish Rec" earlier this summer when we began featuring locally made products that we heartily recommend and we look forward to making it a regular part of our rotation.
