Sfoglina Garganelli Pasta

Sfoglina works out of our very own kitchen and we are so happy to share a space with this amazing company. Now on to the pasta - Garganelli is similar in shape to penne but is ribbed and has a point at both ends. It's 20% whole grain, made with a mixture of fresh-milled rustic red wheat and durum. Here are a few more points worth considering:
·       Made with heritage local grains
·       Slow dried to preserve the nutrient density
·       Extruded and packed in small batches by hand
