Sfoglina Campanelle Pasta

Sfoglina works out of our very own kitchen and we are so happy to share a space with this amazing company. Now on to the pasta: campanelle is a type of pasta that is shaped like a cone with a ruffled edge or a bell-like flower. It's 80% whole grain, made with a mixture of fresh-milled rustic red wheat and durum.
