Casserole inspired by the traditional Greek pie, filled with chicken, spinach, feta, caramelized onions and rice, topped with puff pastry, served with mixed green salad with roasted tomatoes, croutons, and kalamata dressing

Preparation

Bring casserole to room temp. Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove plastic lid and bake uncovered for about 40 min, until puff pastry is golden. If browning too quickly, cover with foil. Check doneness by inserting a knife, if the blade feels cool, bake 5 more minutes and check again.

Tomatoes & zucchini: Remove lid and heat uncovered for 5-10 minutes, until warm.
