Turkey Burgers with Onion, Apple & Smoked Gouda

Our most popular burgers, the ones you won't find anywhere else - turkey burgers mixed with onions and apples, topped with smoked gouda and mustard-buttermilk sauce on brioche buns, served with Sunday potatoes roasted with duck fat and thyme

Preparation

Burgers: Allow to come to room temp. Preheat oven to 350. Heat burgers in single layer on baking sheet sprayed with non-stick oil. Sprinkle smoked gouda on top of burgers. Heat 15 min., or until warmed through. Serve on buns with mustard sauce. Potatoes: Spread in single layer on baking sheet. Heat until warm and crispy, about 15 min.
