Chicken fajitas with charred bell peppers and onions, served with roasted tomato salsa, creamy black bean spread, shredded cheese, and flour tortillas

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350, heat chicken and vegetables for about 15 min. until warm. Heat tortillas wrapped in foil 5-10 min. Slice chicken. To assemble: layer chicken with vegetables, black bean spread, salsa, and cheese on tortillas.

For best quality, enjoy all meals by Wednesday, or freeze if applicable.
