    Grilled chicken breast marinated in coconut milk and lime juice, served on a bed of  basmati rice, bell peppers, broccoli and onions, topped with chili garlic sauce with mint and scallion

    Preparation

    Slice chicken, heat with rice and vegetables in skillet on stovetop over med. heat, stirring frequently until everything is warmed through, 5-10 min. Serve topped with chili garlic sauce.
