Roasted salmon topped with lemony green goddess sauce, served with couscous pilaf with chickpeas, kalamata olives and a creamy cucumber sauce with tarragon, chives and parsley

Preparation

Salmon: allow salmon to come to room temp. Preheat oven to 350. Place salmon on
foil-lined baking sheet. Heat 5-10 min. or until warm to the touch. Check salmon after 5 min. Serve with cucumber green goddess sauce. Couscous: Best
enjoyed at room temp. If preferred warm, heat in microwave or on stovetop. Mix with lemon vinaigrette to taste.
