Crispy Parmesan Chicken

Allow chicken to come to room temp. Preheat oven to 375. For best results heat in single layer on foil-lined baking sheet, sprayed with non-stick spray or rubbed with a little oil. Heat until chicken is warm and crispy, about 10-15 min. Serve with honey mustard on the side. Salad: Toss greens with parmesan, raisins, walnuts, and dressing to taste.
