Chicken breast baked with a crispy crust of parmesan and panko breadcrumbs with a side of honey mustard, served with kale caesar salad with everything seasoned breadcrumbs

Preparation

Allow chicken to come to room temp. Preheat oven to 375. For best results heat in single layer on foil-lined baking sheet, sprayed with non-stick spray or rubbed with a little oil. Heat until chicken is warm and crispy, about 10-15 min. Serve with honey mustard on the side. Salad: Toss greens with breadcrumbs and dressing to taste.
