Chicken breast baked with a crispy crust of parmesan and panko breadcrumbs with a side of honey mustard, served with mashed potatoes and asparagus

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375. For best results heat in single layer on foil-lined baking sheet, sprayed with non-stick spray or rubbed with a little oil. Heat until chicken is warm and crispy, about 10-15 min. Serve with honey mustard on the side.

Chicken (panko, parmesan, flour, red pepper flake, salt, pepper, egg), honey mustard (honey, brown mustard), potatoes (milk, butter), asparagus (blended oil, kosher salt, black pepper)
