(Who's Ed Giobbi, and what's his lasagna all about? Ed Giobbi is an Italian - American artist and cookbook author and contemporary of other seminal 70's cookbook authors like Paul Prudhomme, James Beard, Paula Woffert and Diana Kennedy. The beauty of this lasagna is that he took the classic American red sauce lasagna, and the classic Italian bechamel lasagna, and made it into ONE LASAGNA. Which is particularly American, and we think, delicious.)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove plastic lid and cover aluminum container with foil. Heat lasagna in oven for 30 minutes, remove foil and heat for additional 10-15 minutes, until filling is bubbling, and cheese is golden.
