Squash, eggplant and plum tomatoes roasted with fresh basil and caramelized onions, topped with fresh herbs and a generous slice of feta cheese

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350. Remove plastic lid from aluminum
container. Heat vegetables topped with feta for about 20 min. until vegetables are warmed through and feta is melted.
