BBQ Beef Sliders

Overnight braised beef tossed with house-made BBQ sauce, served with four slider buns, zesty pickles and a side of oven fries and house-made ranch dressing

Preparation

Beef: if possible, allow beef to come to room temp. DO NOT HEAT PLASTIC IN OVEN. Heat beef and BBQ sauce in pan on stove over med. heat until warm. Warm rolls in oven 5-10 min. Assemble sandwich: place beef on buns, top with extra BBQ sauce. Oven fries: heat oven to 375. Spread potatoes in single layer on baking sheet. Heat until potatoes are warm and crispy, at least 10-12 min. Serve with ranch on the side.
