Dry-rubbed pork shoulder braised low and slow for many hours, served with tangy house-made Carolina-style BBQ sauce, Hawaiian slider rolls (6 per order), zesty pickles and a side of baked beans

Preparation

Allow pork to come to room temp. Heat pork and BBQ sauce on stovetop over med. heat until warm, about 5-10 min. Beans: Heat on stovetop over med. heat until warm, about 5 min. Assemble sliders: place pork on Hawaiian rolls, top with extra BBQ sauce and pickles.
