Dry rubbed pork shoulder braised low and slow for many hours, served with tangy Carolina-style BBQ sauce, Hawaiian slider rolls (6 per order), zesty pickles and a side of oven fries with house-made ranch

Preparation

Pork: allow pork to come to room temp. Heat pork and BBQ sauce in pan on stovetop over med. heat until warm, about 5-10 mins. Oven fries: heat oven to 375. Spread potatoes in single layer on baking sheet. Heat until warm and crispy, 10-12 mins. Warm rolls in oven for 5 mins. Assemble sliders: place pork on buns, top with extra BBQ sauce and pickles. Serve with oven fries and ranch on the side.
