Dry-rubbed pork shoulder braised low and slow for many hours, served with tangy house-made Carolina-style BBQ sauce, Hawaiian slider rolls (6 per order), zesty pickles and roasted potato wedges with house made ranch

Preparation

Allow pork to come to room temp. Heat pork and BBQ sauce on stovetop over med. heat until warm, about 5-10 min. Potato wedges: TBD. Assemble sliders: place pork on Hawaiian rolls, top with extra BBQ sauce and pickles.
